Our Story
Founded on a sunny spring morning in 1984 with a deep passion for the azure waters and fertile lands of the Aegean, we have been welcoming our guests with the same enthusiasm for over forty years. For us, cooking is about creating a memory at the table by blending the purity of extra virgin olive oil sourced from local producers, the scent of freshly picked aromatic herbs, and the freshest catches of the sea with traditional Mediterranean recipes. In defiance of the fast-paced modern world, we prepare every dish with great patience, preserving our culinary heritage passed down through generations with the strength we draw from our deep-rooted past. Every table set under this roof is a celebration of friendship and sharing; because we know that the best stories are told around the most delicious meals, and since 1984, we continue to welcome you with the same sincerity to be a part of this ongoing journey.
